When you buy at, we take care and pay for the shipping within the Continental US. We do not ship overseas. We process purchases between 1-3 business days after purchase. Packages are then shipped via USPS, and usually take another 2-3 business days to arrive at your destination. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a USPS tracking number.

If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

We do not cover or pay for return shipments. Please see our policies below. 

Returns and Refunds

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns must be requested online (via your customer account), and the merchandise shipped to us in original condition, accompanied by a purchase order or invoice. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Custom made or Final Sale products can not be returned.

After reception, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. 

Shipping and return handling must be paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Online orders' returns can be accepted at our Shirlanka physical store. Please process the online return request in our website, and bring the merchandise to our store.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
1. Complete the Return Requst online.
2. Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose a printed invoice, order or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
3. Ship to: Shirlanka LLC, 50 NW 24th Street Suite 105b, Miami, FL 33127
4. Save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.  Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on account and notified via email.


Unfortunately, Shirlanka does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. If you come to our physical store, we'll gladly support you on returning and buying an alternative product.


Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
